Mike Krider. Nurse, upcoming medical student, owner of Roots Kimonos, Jiu Jitsu practitioner.
“Like most people I saw Royce fight in the UFC. That sparked my interest in BJJ. I've been doing martial arts since I was three earning my black belt in karate and judo previously. I always wanted to learn Jiu Jitsu and when a school was opened near me I jumped on the opportunity. I train Jiu jitsu because it's honest. The only way to train Jiu jitsu is to do it. If you're lacking in an area you'll know quickly. Also, as a nurse and upcoming med student, I need it for the stress relief. I train now for the love of the art and the life long bonds I've made with so many people in Jiu jitsu.”
